Sent payout request on Nov 6th and still haven't received anything

Many videos will just fail to load at all, the ones that do load are unwatchable. It's been this way for over a week. There's no way there's a single surfer that visits my websites is able to watch a single video

unbearable amount of loading, videos take 5 minutes to load maybe 2-3 seconds of play, then stop to buffer again, take another 30 seconds to load maybe 2 seconds of play, then stop to buffer again, extremely slow, unplayable, unwatchable

I know someone already said it but please fix extreme slow server speeds, impossible to stream even 50mb low quality video at the moment.

Videos are uploaded in mp4, and work, they are just in an extremely high bitrate and 1080p resolution, causing them to buffer constantly instead of streaming, because of the high resolution and bitrate I have a trusted user account, I just thought about opening a new account for a separate project

This is basically a bug, as anyone registering a new account and uploading videos that are too high quality will not be compressed and will be on your server as large files...

I see what the problem is, since I registered a second, new account, it isn't "trusted" yet so the videos do not get encoded.. but that means the videos try to play as their original high bitrate, high resolution... If you change me to a "trusted" member - will there be an option to re-encode...

Sorry, I may not have written my message clearly, I'm talking about having the ability to add a second login on gounlimited.to that does not have access to earnings / reports / payment details.

Planning on hiring someone to do uploads, being able to have a manager account access that can't see reports / earnings but can upload / manage files would be good

You don't exchange from USD to coinpayments... you need to have cryptocurrency, bitcoins or others first (use google) then use that cryptocurrency to pay on coinpayments. You can't use USD directly / you can't exchange USD directly on coinpayments.

Get on the crypto train and just use coinpayments...

Has nothing to do with quality. You either don't understand the request or are being stubborn.

Preview snapshot should display like verystream.com where it's many small thumbnails throughout the video instead of one big thumbnail (or have the option to use this instead)
