The issue of showing the number of downloads per file for PPS users is solved now, and from now on you will be able to check that in 'my files' page.

For users with PPS plan our system doesn't count downloads at all that's why downloads stats doesn't update with any details, only sales stats will be updated but with no details. we will add details page for both sales and rebills stats very soon.

FTP upload works normally from my end, I just tested it. try again please and make sure you upload through FTP client not script because we don't support FTP upload through scripts ( like rapidleech ) . If it's still doesn't work with you PM me with a screenshot of the problem in order to check...

Your account has been upgraded. Regarding to URL remote upload, our daily limit for both registered and premium users is 50Gb. if you exceeded it you can still use our other upload options ( web upload - ftp upload - zoom uploader )

If you enlarge the screenshot you will notice a very light spot in PPS circle, so you are now on PPS plan. anyways we will solve the issue of color in that option very soon.
