Is there are problems with stats? I ask this becuase Streamtape is my primary player but on the 2nd player of Ninjastream I get 2x more views. That's strange. I don't know if Streamtape not count all views or my users prefer Ninjastream instead. Streamtape player works fine all the time.

It's probably fake, because it looks like only you receive it. But if you think it's true then change your passowrd and lock your account. For sure it's a fake email. For me works fine at the moment.

can you fix the multiupload? I got an error "true" and files are not uploaded. If you upload 4-5 files ins't a big problem, but if you upload 40-50 files at once then is a problem because half of the files fails to upload.

Just use Handbrake and convert your files and then send it. It's faster than waiting website to convert the files.
