You can withdraw money from any atm machine in pakistan which have Master logo. However, i can confirm that the ATM's having "One Link ATM Switch" will be able to withdraw money.

So, you will be able to withdraw 7500. Try to withdraw from standard chartered bank or UBL of Pakistan. OK
