i have hosthatch NL 2gbit windows vps w/ ssd but they offer unmetered traffic to users and im pretty sure that is causing network slowness/lag during high usage hours - thats the main reason why im searching for limited traffic plans, so there would be no bw hoggers

using XFS doesnt make it instantly crappy! however, seems that paypal era has come to end for filehosts.. hopefully new offshore payment methods will take over
