You really should do a double check on your "Account's Type" status to check whether you really are a premium member or an affiliate 'only'. And as far as I know you are only an affiliate so you wouldn't be getting a premium downloading speed with that status. ;)

@abodagoma, you can start uploading your files but the counts won't be added to your stats cause you haven't activated the affiliate campaign which only can be done after getting approved, so please reply back with your username and your account should be approved in 24 hours. :)
