Do we have a list of PPD file hosting that count multiple downloads per IP ?
Many file hosting only count unique IP per day, no matter that *IP* has download how many files in that day. That really unfair to those who have tons of files uploaded. So, anyone who know which file hosting willing to count multiple download, please tell us. As those file hosting never...- dhl
