    Have you tried taking a break and not staing in front of your monitor the whole day? :P __________________ Added after 4 Days 15 Hours: There is a glass u can place over the monitor and protect your eyes, i have no idea how is caled but u should search it.

    How many website do you have?

    depends Depends of what kind of sites you own and how much time each site needs to be administrated. 1-2 years ago i had like 18-20 sites. Right now i have only 1. but i`m planning to work again with more than 5 sites this Winter :)
