This happens to me too, check Videos>Deleted Videos. This is where I find the files that have completed uploading but aren't listed in Videos. A workaround I found was to rename the file and then upload it again.

@streamvid An update about the snapshots, it isn't working. After I click change snapshot>Choose Image>Upload, It gives me the error message "Upload error:No such file or directory" Please look into it. Thanks.
