    Thanks for your awesomely speedy reply. But isn't that announcement (which I know of) about earlier maintenance? As far as I can see 16/7/2011 is mentioned no where. Could you confirm the issue is caused by maintenance? I'll just go do something else than :)

    It all depends on the needs of a website owner and the type of traffic that is purchased. A new porn website could benefit highly from "Adult traffic". A new US based websites could benefit a lot from "US popunder traffic".
