I have fixed the ftp issue now. If you have a DNS cache you can temporarily use ftptmp.usefile.com as host We are also fixing one file server and download counter should be back to normal in few hrs. this update will give users more stable speeds. Wmz payments will be sent in the next hour.

Rest of the world rates are in aligned with many other filehosts. I am not sure if you guys know, but ad rates from these countries are around 0.1/1000 page views. so even with 0.5 for 1000 downloads we will loose money unless there are some premium sales once in a while from these countries.
