Webmasters need to know a bit of SEO,basic knowledge of stuff and must be dedicated to his work. There are no shortcuts to success. its not necessary that a webmaster should know php etc, cms like wordpress and joomla need next to no programming language, But if you are dedicated to your work...

I am using AVG Int Sec and Malwarebytes PRO. AVG is best because it dont cause as much load as norton. Malwarebytes is essential for spywares and malwares which donot come into virus/worm category (exploits,backdoors,browser based macros/scripts etc).

i have no experience in dle. but i believe there must be a file named header.php, or header.tpl in ur theme folder. i wonder why no dle webmaster has replied.

contact any rdp seller from marketplace, and ask if they allow whitelable RDP selling, and how much discount will they give you. A better option will be to buy a dedicated server and start selling RDP yourself.
