Probably because you have not set a DOCTYPE, IE is rendering the page in Quirks Mode and not recognizing "margin: 0 auto".
Add this at the beginning of your html document ;) "<!DOCTYPE html>".

Admins need to disable the 'Send Internet Explorer 7 Compatibility Header' option in 'Cookies and HTTP Header Options' Setting Group.
Its forcing IE 8+ to render pages in IE 7 Compatibility Mode.
When we click a link in an iframe, the url of that iframe is sent in the referrer header.
So obviously, domain sales will be credited to the submitter, not you ;)
