Can u tell me what is your machine in OVH? I know OVH fr 1Gbit Servers have 200Mbit Uplimit for outside OVH. My Server(s) from OVH have 100Mbit connections and my WEB Upload speed is 10-11Mb/sec if WU have not a problem.
