Yes, but it is also not able to connect All down FTP / SSH / kloxo / control panel. I have checked in the client area, server is still active. Don't know what is the problem waiting for their support to answer my ticket.. been long time though :facepalm:

My ip is pinging, but sites are down can't open FTP, control panel and kloxo, so i guess there is some problem with server itself.
