Correct me if I'm wrong but the plugs that it only approves are the pages that have either an embeded video or a gallery and not really like normal download page of a warez site.

Unlike the previous post, you should worry about it. Get an sql backup immediately. Then hunt for another wordpress theme. After that reformat your vps/server (Are you on a shard host?). Then start again with the new theme and the old sql file.

I don't trust any website that offers proxies, I'd rather buy a low cost vps and install squid from there - its more cheaper and secure that way.
