They pay really well, but I'll be forced to not use this host because they don't provide video thumbnails. This decrease drastically the number of views on my videos. Even if I upload direct from my computer. The other hosts are providing video thumbnails, so I'll use them instead.

I don't think Google could blacklist you since Videowood provides an iframe. But this is a really serious issue and they should solve this problem as soon as possible.

You can prove it to them by contact again with a Google Analytics report, showing the traffic sources for your website. It worked for me once.
