spreeX @ just contact there support under complain bz last time i complained they told me to try urself by buying premium ....and when they ask u abt details to proof then let them know and also let us know their reply . though i mostly everyone know that they pause the sales for sometime then...

till u use them u will have to live with that that they shave some days and some days not . but still they r much better then those small time host or hosts like ul who are king in shaving from past 3 months .... we dont have much opptions until we have a big blog of our own . bz then it really...
