    Mine is working For the 100th time........they only count 1 download every 24 hours for every ip :facepalm:

    @Sasha : Only 1 download counted from an ip every 24 hours (sucks lol) @Godric : Only paid downloads (when you're on ppd obviously, when you're on pps it still shows but you're not payed for them).

    As far as i know you can change your own plan once a week without having to ask them. Did this twice before and it worked fine ?? Go to : my account--->profile--->modify account settings--->tariff

    It's prob because you didn't reach the minimum amount of $9.99 for a 1 month premium yet.

    I think he means they "shave", sometimes they count and sometimes they don't. Horrible webuploadspeeds again :facepalm:

    Trust me i have downloads but they are not counted at the moment, good thing i'm on pps and the sales are :) Webuploadspeeds were good earlier today but suck again

    I already had a premium with them and it wasn't extended automatically yet even though i didn't untick the recurring box. I have enough on my account but i'd like to choose myself so i unticked it now :D If they want me to stay they should improve on their webupload speedsX-(

    Their web upload has the slowest speeds of all the hosters i'm working with even the ones i have no premium of. They have the lowest downloadcount and i haven't sold a premium in days :(
