Register for google webmaster tools. That is best you can do for your website. There is many useful reports. One of them is also report with broken and spammy links.
There are few: Blekko, Backlinkwatch (free), Ahref, Moz.com has opensiteexplorer or what and my favourite one: Majesticseo.com.
