Your theory is literally wrong. There is no fixed rate for sales/day, that happens with everyone. People don't buy premium accounts everyday. You should be happy as you're getting all those sales with less than 1k UV/day. :P

The best option IMO to monitor your site traffic and almost all stats is google analytics beside google webmaster tools.
