Yep, videos without quality options cant be played. Happens to half of my videos. I asked them about it and they told me my videos are broken or incomplete. Btw. same videos are being encoded perfectly fine on other hosters. What a joke.

Video aspect ratio is fine in full screen mode. Video aspect ratio is wrong if its not in the full screen mode, on every video.

Anyone else has unplayable videos after encoding is done?
