It really depends on what kind of site your running but I cant go without SEO Tools or the Google Sitemap plugins. Google loves those the most.

You seriously manually approve EVERY video that is uploaded? :O Wow, that will become a tedious task and lead for you to have a very large worforce once you get bigger and bigger. I had videos up last night with over 1k views and not one red penny earned yet.... not sure if this is working...

One thing I would really like to see is a button to add videos to our account. Say for example we come across a video we like and we want to add it to our account. Make a button we can click that copies the video to our account. Thanks and the host looks good!
