This is not the way to win over long time users of the ClipWatching now HighStream hosting site.
You have been derelict in your responsibilities to us, your clients, by:
Not properly introducing yourself either prior to or on the day of your taking over the ClipWatching site.
Not giving any...
Neither you nor your team will be fixing this problem you've created because on March 31st you have officially sold this business. You are passing the problem onto the people you sold it to and let them resolve it.
You need to be HONEST. The lack of honesty, the on-the-fly changes and the...
And yet again, Z-O-O-M uploads fail. I also noticed that when they do connect they are extremely slow, going at about half the rate that any other hosts go (ClipWatching = 500 kb/s and other hosts = 1 or 2 MB/s). Why the throttling?

@ClipWatching
Why didn't you sent out an email notifying all the current users of ClipWatching and Aparat of this change in ownership? Are you running a business or a sideshow? I'm upset about this only because you expect us to be professional in our dealings with you, but this hasn't been...
@ClipWatching
Since you no longer support URL uploads from other hosts, you need to remove this statement from your "Remote URL Upload" page as it is misleading for new/returning users.

@ClipWatching
Part of the problem is that you have two domains, aparat.com and clipwatching.com, and have set up two separate Support Forums here on WJunction for them, but you are allowing people to post questions or make requests regardless of that distinction.
If anyone has a...
@ClipWatching
Why haven't you answered my question about a URL upload striping the subtitles out of a *.mkv file? Other hosts don't do this but only recently (in the last 2 weeks) has this been happening on ClipWatching. As your client, I deserve an answer as to why this is happening.
@Lisnerak
In that case, if you are using Windows 7, 8 or 10, you should run PSR (this is a Steps Recorder) and send the saved recording to @ClipWatching in a PM. They can review it and advise you on your next steps.
@Lisnerak
Check that you aren't doing the following:
Copying another ClipWatching file but are adding it to URL Upload (you should be using Clone Upload).
Adding a download link from a seedbox (GDrive, Rapidseedbox, Seedbox.io, UltraSeedBox, SeedIt4Me, etc) to Clone Upload (you should be...
Congratulations on your new role, JR.
I read your link regarding changes you are making and my suggestion at this time is that you provide examples of what you feel/find to be "strong language".
For example, I recently used the phrase "what the hell" in the context of "What the hell is wrong...
@KatFile & @ClipWatching
What the hell is wrong with your index(s) on your database that it would attempt a disposition on a file that is only 10 hours old?!?!?!?!?!?! @DarkEagle is 100% correct with his questions regarding the practice of deleting files that aren't even 2 weeks old since my...

@ClipWatching
This is day three of not being able to upload via ANY method (File, URL or Clone) because clicking on the hyperlink of Upload Files takes one to a page that states the following:
URL Uploads disabled for your account type.

You need to thoroughly...
@ClipWatching
