Plyr has lacked customization. The watcher can't customize the caption settings unlike the videoJS and Jwplayer.

Agree, but their service can be considered new it's not even a year yet mistakes can happen for beginners. I'm sure they didn't expect that they gonna have a lot of customers beyond their target.

Is it possible to download the added subtitle? I want to backup it, I mean if something happens, it gonna take a lot of work to find the subtitle twice.

All of my videos are 1080p but in the player, it says 800p I don't see any quality changes It's as good as 1080p its HD. The resolution in videojs is based on the height of the video. Some videos that take the whole screen (no black bar) is 1040p in videojs.

I have a suggestion. Instead of based on inactive files, I think it's better to remove files from the inactive users (like 30 days or 60 days inactive not online/login) because you won't need anything from the inactive user since the user won't provide you any benefit.
