I have NEVER used software like this... You should reply to clients that need an explanation but also at the moment, that we (or I alone?) are talking on MSN, you don't care about me :)
It continues to ignore me after 2 MP e 2 post here... Look what is bad his support. It's since yesterday morning that I have my account disabled and I haven't yet received an explanation. It's incredible. I suggest you to change provider because here, you pay less but you feel bad.

Why don't you reply to my PM and install the apps? I love your service but probably this is the last month I use it. It's impossible that I have to contact you everyday just for TWO apps!
