I've just fetched a file into my hot account from another hosting using remote upload.. after remote upload completed, I go to link and it says file is removed by dmca.. so if the same file deleted before on hotfile, it can not be upload and distribube on hotfile anymore ?

well.. still only premium members will be able to download your file because it is over than 400 mb.. that Premium setting on sidebar, I suppose it is for whom requested to be able to set "Premium Only" setting for any file.. I mean if you contact filesonic and request enabling "premium only"...

filefactory rarely deletes file upon DMCA reports.. it also provides list of removed files coz of DMCA.. so you can see what files are deleted..

there is not such option enabled yet.. but as far as I know, if you have your own website and you post your links only there, Hish maybe enable "download only premium member" setting for you..
