Well, if you had taken your time to check at least their pay rate then you'd know that they only pay for files that are 3mb or bigger.

Size and download location matters. If the traffic you send to your file is only tier 3 or 4, then you most likely won't get much from any PPD.

Try changing the name completely and make it random, like 9483.zip or whatever. Also, try to change more the size of the file. Compress the file with an extra image or something like that. Upload more and share your links, isn't it obvious? Upload at least 11 files and have each of these files...
