Unlimited storage simply does not exist. Even 1fichier will start complaining once you store 2TB, 10TB or 100TB. There will be a moment when you will get banned.
I've fixed this a few times by calling PayPal, which seems to be the fastest way to resolve issues. However, I don't have my bank account attached to my PayPal so they keep limiting my account every few months for some BS reason.
