The site looks good, my only suggestion is to get a better banner(header). Nothing really I dislike. Just keep submitting to Katz and eventually you will get active members. Patience + Time = Successful forum

I would also have to agree with DeLeTeD. Many people want to see if it is worth putting in the time. Start the site and some people will be interested.

I got a problem, can't register because of the Image Verification. I refreshed and tried diff browser and still no luck.

First of all, I would put your rapidrise theme for all users as default because when I entered the site it was the default vbulletin theme. For a 14 day site your doing pretty well. Not much a fan of purple though.

The first thing I saw was the site top 5 stats. You should put that on the bottom. User legend has to much stuff. Would use a better skin also. 2/5
