I requested a payment on the same day I've received a previous one, but the status shows both of them have been paid. The amount is summed up. I PMed and emailed UserShare, but I haven't received anything.
I've already sent four pictures for proof and info so that your staff can look into it...
FSonic downloading speed depends on their servers. Some are fast, some are slow. It doesn't matter if you use RL, JD, or Desktop, I think. So the question should be 'Why is server XXX slow' to FileSonic guys, not to Darka.
If every single host is slow, it has to be a Donkie's problem...

When I upload files via FTP, two same files with different links are created after transferring (possibility is like a couple of files per 100 files). Will this problem be fixed after the maintenance as in the first page?

I requested a payment five days ago, but I've received nothing. I emailed to UserShare via Customer Care on their page but I've got no reply.
How can I know what's going on with payments? Pending, it's already sent, declined, or whatever. Please help me out.

Since what date? It doesn't count down so that I can't know when the problems will be fixed.
