It's totally possible that sites make a ton of cash, and at peak times yes I can believe money that high. Is it constant? Hell no, nothing ever is on the Internet, but I'm willing to bet if he hit 70k, he probably hits like 15 - 20k more constant a month. It all depends on what you promote...
