I'd challenge any of these companies to sue, I'd love the chance to subpoena their records during discovery. :) What I do is legal, strictly legal. What illegal file lockers do is, well, questionable.

Actually, the place to report illegal activity is to policing agencies. They deal with crime and investigate appropriately. I wont debate this point any further with you, it's pointless.

All links are being reported to the authorities, it's up to you to put in place measures to prevent this. If you don't or you do and they don't work then the only people to handle this issue are the relevant policing agencies.
