Surely this depends on where you're connecting from? The best datacenter for me won't be the same for someone in China or for someone in Texas. It's a bit of a vague question :)

With that sort of budget have you perhaps looked into semi-dedicated VPS plans? You could probably get a nice deal with the bonuses such as RAID and the ability to re-install your operating system on the fly. Something you won't be able to do with a dedicated server :)

You're going to find it hard to find a reputable provider offering those sort of specifications for that budget. You're going to need to either lower your needs, or raise your budget :)

Is this issue only effecting clients using SolusVM? If so, then there's a funny coincidence here since Virpus had 19 nodes attacked / messed with over the past couple of days and all of the client data on them was destroyed (they were running SolusVM too)

Hopefully everyone manages to get their backups and files from the servers, always a shame when companies go down in this fashion. Judging by the 70+ thread in the ad section, they must have been quite large, shame so many customers have been left in the dark like this! I'm sure they'll all find...
