try to use your email that you use that you registered in WU put it username as it it worked for me :)

^ tried other rar/zip files but still the same my rar files were stored on my assigned drive so i think its kinda conflict with something. i tried to stored rar file at desktop and it working fine and has no lock icon on rar file. too bad that I can't store files on desktop due to limited...
