ScamFactory They were good I'd say until 2014-2015 and they stopped paying and started banning if you dare asking for a payout. If you are looking for a file host strictly to make some cash DO NOT USE FILEFACTORY.

Yes there is that one too, it's old bolt community however they stated on the beginning that they are distancing themselves from bolt and meepz. It's more-less same people.

There is no such thing as "new forum of bolt CD". There is forum founded by Taz and it's called neovistas. From what i know no one have seen meepz ever since bolt went down. I heard from one big bolt poster that meepz is preparing new forum back in 2018 but that never materialized.

I am more concerned about file availability at the moment. it's waste of time if users of my community can't get the files.

Heh... I wouldn't say so. I know for a fact that often they used to ask uploaders to tell them where did they sell premium accounts. UL is very bad host if you work with copyrighted materials.

Ul works for me fine, however members of my community are complaining that they can't download files very often.

That's premium for file storage which means that your files won't be deleted for entire year without a single download. If you want to dl, you will have to pay.
