If you create business account with the email id your payment at receiver would be shown something like You received a payment of $xx.xx USD from yourbusiness( id). But if you just create personal account, your payment would be shown like yourname (id)

Instead of looking for third party backup solution, what i suggest is to rent a dedicated server an ATOM would do and then configure backup there. You may go for r1soft which is pretty nice backup software.

Kloxo only supports CentOS or Red Hat EL 5.x. CentOS 6.x is not currently supported. Webmin is good free control panel.
