That’s interesting. With LTC, they’ve never deducted anything from my payouts. With PayPal, they deduct a fixed $2, plus whatever PayPal charges afterward, but that part is no longer on them.

It’s better if you message them privately. I think they’ll read it sooner. So far, they’ve replied quickly to every private message I’ve sent them.

Hi! I think the current file size limits are a bit too restrictive, especially for a video hosting platform. 1 GB for free users is quite low, since even a standard WEBRip or a reasonably good-quality SD movie can easily exceed 1 GB. The 4 GB Premium limit also feels somewhat limited for longer...

Good news: all the videos that showed upload errors have finished processing and seem to work fine. I tested them by seeking through different timestamps, and the video and audio both look okay. So it seems the uploads completed successfully, even though the uploader displayed chunk/session errors.

Thanks, I understand the encoding queue delay. But one of the errors was actually during upload: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/var/tmp/streamcash/.../1.part' So it looks like the uploader tried to access a temporary chunk file that was missing. The video still appeared in my list...

Hi, would it be possible to add automatic preview thumbnails? For example, the system could generate a thumbnail grid from different parts of the full video — 4x4 is just an example, it could be more or fewer images depending on the video length.
