Regarding PPD rate; Raising the PPD rate is not a problem at all. Transparency and honest is important. Let's say FastDrive.io now offer max $3 for 1000 downloads. So the users will get full $3 for 1000 downloads without any limit. We may raise the PPD rate but we may also limit on view too...
