As a newer member myself but I consider myself pretty smart. :P I would assume you should be active and not spam anymore and eventually it will be lifted. If not when your probation is lifted then PM a mod. Common sense.

Best bet is to contact them sometimes that just means no hosting warez files on the server but actual linking to an outside source like RS is allowed.

Look into caratnetworks they have been around for years and many big name torrent sites use them, not sure their take on warez linking however.
