Yes but its still not much :facepalm: This we done because people do 2, 3 times cashout in week because of 10 euro and this make head pain to us. as we allready told we allow one cashout in a week.

Yes we allready done that..

Our one staff done cheap mistake .. this email was for only one user because he was got a sale of 54 Euro and that was refunded because of dispute of unauthorised payment. I am verry sorry for that email. But we sent 2nd email for ignoring that 1st email.
