Download links not working perfectly its getting diverted to object file and not able to download. Please look into it we are losing our reputation to our viewers for all this problems. Sometimes server not working and now download links not working perfectly.

So you have lowered the rates.That's fine but can you say how can I earn 7.12 for 2863 downloads. If all the downloads from Tier 4 still it should be around 8.5 considering your new rates as you are counting all completed and incomplete downloads. So can you explain this.

We keep on shouting about stats problem but Kellin doesn't ever bother to reply properly regarding stats problem. He just said that one of their servers were down yesterday but don't know what it has to do with rates. Simply we are getting 50% of our real income. So please double the payout...

One of your server is down so there are no downloads from that server so we can have less downloads counts but that does not mean there should be rate difference. We all are facing the rate difference problem not download counts problem. Please reply

Is there any schedule day of week for making payments or you pay within 7 days of payout request

So after 8th Sept next payment date will be 27th October. Why so much delay? It would be better if you pay on 15th Sept instead of 8th Sept and the next payment on 13th October at least. 8th Sept. and next on 27th October is too long.
