They have increased the number of downloads by free user to 400 from 200. That is not related to file size.

Please increase the download limit for free/guest users to at least 500 instead of 200.

No option for selecting PPD or PPS?

I'll vote for option 1 As it will help to keep your reputation steady as well as ours to our viewers who clicks for downloads.If they find no downloads from the files posted within last few days they will get annoyed and that will effect our reputation also..

We all know that you paid really at high rate on promo basis for all countries for that we are grateful to you. And so you had lower the rates except for few countries that's also fine but if possible please increase the download limit for guest users to 500 instead of 200 it's a request.
