I upgraded twice (from 1 to 3 month's to 1 year), it worked instantly without any problems but i don't think there was a discount.

Yea it is, you use up space and speed and you don't make a single sale so be thankful they pay you for nothing :))

Webuploads go fine, stats are ok, making some nice sales and rebills, way to go Rapidgator :D

Yea thank god it still shows up there but i it doesn't show up in the stats. So now we don't know where the sale was made because already the stats don't show referrers and now we don't even know which file the sale was made on :facepalm:

Yea downloads are counted but i don't think sales are :facepalm: That is if your downloads are not stored on pr2/6/8 because they are not counted period. I deleted and reupped them and start getting downloads on them again but i only reupped to pr10 or higher :))

No it stays on your balance until you decide you want to get paid again when the problems are solved.

Go to My account--->Profile--->Modify account settings--->Other and untick Subscribe to a recurring payment. Clear things with paypal and rapidgator and resume when ready.

webupload works for me but it's a bit slow and buggy

I think it's time to make Mr NewRapidGator an official "to do and to answer" list because he doesn't seem to be aware (or ignores) of the widely shared problems among his members. 1 Comment on the not counting servers 2,6 and 8 Last counts on them were on the 20th of april so it's 10 days...

None of my files ever ended up on those servers but if they would have, i would reupload them to others, tsssss some people just want to keep complaining :facepalm:

Got both sales and rebills today, very nice rapidgator, when my 3 month premium expires i'll change it in a 1 year one :D Would be nice if we could see where our downloads and sales are made so we could improve on them.

Yeah looks like they have some stats problems, all my sales are gone too, the money is still on my balance though. Just hope that sales made while they fix it are gonna be counted or we get some compensation for it.
