So i requested a Payza payout some days ago and now I see: Status=declined, checking my profile y see Balance around 100€, I click on it and I see Disbursed Amount= -1€, what does that mean? my money is gone? When I click Bank Transfer the Amount field shows the 100€

when was the last time filemates made payments? I requested just 15 bucks 2 weeks ago (payza) to test this host and no news until now.
