BayFR34K - Done. Some news guys: We added native credit card processing recently and provide payouts via PayPal now. We pay the fee's but only pay the EUR value, since this is our main currency. Currency conversion into your desired currency is up to you. Best regards.

We've detected the upload speed problems also. We're on it and will fix that as soon as possible.

We pay 2-7 days after payment request. As there is a bit of delay at the moment we integrated these new overdue rules. Will update the main post, that everybody is able to get this information.
