@uploady.io - WTH - 100 / $0.1475 - Lots of non completed especially when PPD 2 is enabled and giving full download speed should not be in the Not completed mode. Maybe 24hr max reached, VPN and blah. Fix this issue.

PPD 2 - Should have no time restrictions between downloads. It says 1hr wait after each download. PPD 1 - Yes you can have that restriction if you're trying to make sales.
