Hi,

Need a shared hosting company that has this enabled:
- PHP 4.3 and above (including support of CLI)
- MySQL database server
- LAME MP3 Encoder
- Libogg + Libvorbis
- Mencoder and also Mplayer
- FFMpeg-PHP
- GD Library 2 or higher
- CGI-BIN
- Be able to run background processes

Any web hosts got all this enabled? Any location.

Honestly with that budget i wouldnt even allow you to run

- Mencoder and also Mplayer
- FFMpeg-PHP nor background process's
 
use shared hosting for encoder..u will be make use big resource and overload the server and make other client will be complain

suggest use VPS/VDS if need encoder...
 
Oh wow, you're really kidding yourself on this.

It looks like you're wanting to do video encoding and hardcore processing on a shared environment....

And with a budget of $10.

Honestly. It will NEVER happen!

I'm afraid you will not listen to what we're telling you here anyways and try it out for yourself. When you do that, please do not come here to cry that every host you join shuts you down.

Oh, Your best bet would be a DEDICATED server. It will set you back a little more than $10 I am afraid.

ANY host that takes on an account like this into a shared environment is destined for FAILURE :)

So, if anyone wants to know what hosts to NOT use. Just see who is stupid enough to host an account like this on shared, for $10.
