As for moving files: I created a folder where I want to move some of my files, but as I mark my files and click "move", only root folder appears as available, and the other folder where I want to move my files, it doesn't show up at all, therefore I still couldn't really move files.

Thanks, Luke! First, refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R). We've implemented a fix, and an older, cached version is causing this issue. If only the root folder is still showing, does the new folder appear in the left sidebar? Is it in the parent folder or inside another folder? A screenshot of the Move Folder dialog box would help us identify the problem.

In the login page can you move the "Forgot Password" to after/below the password field. When I use tab instead of the cursor moving to password box it highlights the "Forgot Password" link.

Direct upload didn't work, so I used remote upload. I'll check again and see if I can direct upload.

Great feedback, updates:
1. Right-click to copy direct link — added (plus a link button on each row).
2. Remote upload filename — fixed, trims junk after the extension (…1x3.mkv).
3. Forgot Password / Tab — fixed, now below the password field.
4. Direct upload — please retry; if it still fails, send your browser + file size and any error.
1–3 go live on the next deploy. Thanks!

Your videos are fully processed and playing fine on our end. If you still see "Processing". If it persists, send the exact link and we'll check that one specifically.
