I can only download files of no more than 1 MB per day.
I waited more than 24 hours and tried again, but the download issue still remains.

My account page currently shows:

Could you please manually check my account permissions and restore my Premium Pro download access?

Extremely disappointed. The payment period is 45 days. The payment hasn't been made by then, and my previous earnings are still stuck, preventing me from making payment. Can't the platform just say whether we want to continue operating? This is causing us uploaders a lot of anxiety.
